Nyna Apartments is a boutique residential development designed around the principles of tropical living. The building combines generous landscaped gardens, naturally ventilated circulation and shaded outdoor spaces to create a residential environment that is both environmentally responsive and socially engaging.

Located on a prominent corner site in the Salakamreuk district of Siem Reap, the building is set back from the intersection to create a generous landscaped frontage. A soft corner defined by mature trees and lush planting establishes a strong biophilic identity while providing shade, privacy and a welcoming streetscape. Organised around a central courtyard and swimming pool, the open ground floor allows cooling breezes to flow through the development while maintaining strong visual connections to the surrounding landscape. Every apartment overlooks gardens or the courtyard, with deep balconies, bamboo screening and extensive planting providing privacy, solar protection and a distinctive architectural character.

All principal living spaces are dual- or triple-aspect, maximising natural daylight and cross ventilation while reducing reliance on air conditioning. Open-air circulation further enhances passive cooling, creating comfortable communal spaces throughout the development. Completed in Siem Reap, the project demonstrates how medium-density housing can provide a strong architectural identity, generous communal spaces and meaningful connections to nature while maintaining privacy, environmental performance and efficient apartment planning.
