Part of the ground floor food and beverage offering at Tribe Hotel, Phnom Penh, Baldwin's Restaurant was conceived as a contemporary fine dining destination for Chef Guy Baldwin and HMD Asia (Hospitality Management Group)

 

Centred around a sculptural circular bar that organizes the flow of the interior, the design uses curved forms to soften circulation and create a sequence of intimate dining spaces. Earth-toned glazed ceramic tiles, finely crafted timber screens and bespoke furniture establish a warm, tactile material palette, while the semi-open kitchen brings the activity of food preparation into the dining room, enriching the overall dining experience.
