• Campus conceived as a series of pavilions within the landscape rather than a single institutional building, creating a more human-scaled environment while accommodating phased funding.

• Arrival sequence separates public, staff and student movement, with administration positioned discreetly beside the entrance and the primary route leading directly into the learning environment.

• Library positioned at the centre of the campus as both a physical and symbolic focal point, connected by continuous covered walkways.

• Kitchen and dining facilities located beside future sports fields, allowing the covered dining area to double as a pavilion for sporting and community events.

• Landscape forms the connective tissue of the campus, linking buildings through gardens, courtyards and shaded outdoor spaces rather than conventional corridors.

• Masterplan developed to allow independent buildings to be delivered sequentially as funding became available, while maintaining a coherent long-term vision.

• Generous roof overhangs, covered walkways and sheltered outdoor spaces provide environmental comfort, with the relationship between architecture and landscape strengthening as the campus planting matures.
